General Information

The artist currently lives in Finland, and have many of his works available

at his private studio in the city of Loviisa in Finland.

However, most of Guerra's artworks produced in Finland are sold through

European based Online Galleries, which you can check below, or during Exhibitions.

Alternatively, Guerra also has works available in his birth country of Brazil,

at his private atelier in the city of Olinda,

and exhibits at the Jobson Figueredo Gallery in Recife PE.

COMMISSIONS

Guerra accepts commissions for portraits, figurative paintings, still-lifes and landscapes, in the medium of pencil, charcoal and oil paint. It is always preferable for the artist to work from life, using the real subject as a reference. This gives the artist a chance to connect with the subject, and better analyse and visualise it's intricacies, better capturing the liking, expressions and character. The final result of a portrait, for example, will usually be better if the person to be painted can sit for the artist as a model, rather then giving a photograph as a reference. But it is understandable that sitting is not always possible, or the client wants a painting from a specific photograph, and so portraits and landscapes can be doe using reference photos, or a combination of sittings and photos.

You may contact the artist directly

using the contact form or by e-mail,

and express your interest in acquiring the selected artwork(s) available directly from

the artist's studio in Finland, or order a commission.
The methods of payment and delivery will be settled between the two parties. But the cost of delivery and customs taxes are responsibility of the client.

Note: the artist requires at least half of the value of the artwork to be paid before shipment or start of the work

That is non-negotiable, and a way to protect the interests of both the artist and the client.

PRICING

The available artworks on this website have been labelled

with their respective prices and current locations.

NOTE: The prices of Guerra's artworks are listed in Euros €,

or in Brazilian Real R$ in case of artworks that are specifically only available in Brazil.

The artist lives in the Eurozone, and thus the bigger part of the body of work

is produced and exhibited in Finland/Europe and priced in accordance with the fact.
Thus, commissions are also charged in Euro €.

This is negotiable for collectors buying works only available in Brazil, and for collectors commissioning the artist when the artist is present in the country.

COMMISSIONS

In the case of commissions, the prices may vary according to the subject, complexity and size.
Next is a list of average prices for commissioned artworks according to these factors.

The final price will be decided once the whole image of the picture has been decided.
